Welcome (a) to my staff.
Most of my professional life was devoted to the study of organizational performance (I studied Business Management and Organization and working with organizations since age 5, when stuck on products with prices only a few machines that appeared in the supermarket a few guns in the ground floor of my grandparents' house), I was a professional sportsman and started my first business in 1996, which was not very good ... It was so professional sportsman and student semi-professional core activities. It was natural that the business of selling Disney books, and personalized stories for children, in which friends and relatives of the child were part of it, not run their best. Served to learn a lot and validate two things: If we rely on a supplier who happens to close the door, closed the business, and other great teaching, and was logistics capacity in the area of Marketing and Sales. We were simply amateurs. It could only be a professional activity ... handball, because the studies came out prejudiced in relation to time of graduating. Anyway I do not regret anything, because these experiments were the highest professional level foundation of my current life.
The handball as a sport and school life, was undoubtedly a remarkable experience, and a lot of intense activity, which led me to meet many people, many sportsmen, many entities, which allowed me to meet and exchange experiences varied, accessing cultures and geographies around the world.
I'ma curious about how living things are related and organized around certain objectives. Any company consists of a set of individuals who co (active) or not in pursuit of goals that overlap theory to their individual objectives.

All the work I do, provided that professional sport is no longer possible, is related to organizational processes and how the individuals who constitute an organization relate and develop specific corporate culture ...
Today we have a technological tool that facilitates the evaluation of individuals and their organization in their work teams, in order to be more competitive and perdurarem time.
I recently wrote a book entitled Management of High Competition. Hope you enjoy. Also liked to know your perspective on content.
A hug and even now,
